Meter readings

I woke up this morning, er, afternoon, to find a piece of card from the electricty meter reading folk. Whoops, I'd been asleep when they called.
Being the helpful person I am, I've just called them to tell them our electricity reading. Didn't know it was all automated... and is all voice controlly.

Please speak clearly, and answer my questions

Do you have your customer reference number?

Yes.

Can you tell me it?

Yes

I didn't understand that - can you tell me the twelve digits of your reference number?

Oh the joys.
No all I have to do is wait for the bill...
This post boring? Oh well... I'm all alone with nothing better to do :(
