Pate II

Humm... well after going to Sainbury's we were loaded with more non-rotting livers.
Chop more onions... the others must have gone off (note a pattern?)There's no need for this photo.
Raw liver doesn't scare RussNice stuff

All I can say here is that alcohol is to blame for the initial liver going off. I mean who'd want to cook pate with a hangover?!

Also the onions didn't go off, I cleverly slid them into the spaghetti bolagnese the following night, reducing the cooking time significantly! :D smug.
